Rentals are in units of a week which is seven nights. There is a weekly rate, two-week rate, and a monthly rate. Rates are negotiable for periods greater than one month.
The rates below are for the months of December, January, February, March, July, and August. For other months there is a 25% discount off the rates below.
The First Floor Apartment rents for:

The Upper Apartment rents for:

The Guest Room rents for:

This unit can only be rented with either the Upper Apartment or the First Floor Apartment
A 50% deposit is required at booking in order to reserve your rental and lock in your rate. The balance of the rental is required 30 days prior to the start of the rental period.
